Love Hardees. The best burgers offered at any fast food chain. Definitely do but the welcome you receive at the drive thru needs help. Example: hi what do you want. First off be polite and sound as if your getting paid. Seriously no one smuggled you into this country and made you get a job. Second I am pissed that every evening after working a double. (I also work in the restaurant business.) All I crave is an apple pie. With that said many times I have been told we are out. It's a frigging hour before you close. Seriously!! If I was a fat girl I would seriously tore your ass with every complaint I have experienced. Probably will go to the one in Easton after work for now on.
With the amount of people in this place you would think service wouldn't suck. I walked in to this place with three people standing at the register. You would think I had the place by the way they scattered like roaches when you flipped a light on. After everybody took off the one remaining person just stood there looking at me. Not one word spoken to me so I just placed my order with them. After placing my order with someone who was over life I waited for 15 minutes for my food. I know because I was using my phone and noted the time because I didn't even get my receipt. And when I got my food, it was gross and cold. I had to throw it away and go somewhere else. Ypu got my money, once. Never again. Everybody was unfriendly, unprofessional, and just plain rude. Employees sitting on floor talking, employees standing by front smoking.
Doug was literally the nicest and most attentive employee of ANY restaurant I've ever been to. give that man a raise and free lunches, cuz he was holding your dining room down.
Chicken strips and fries were excellent. Portion was very good.
