Every time we come here something is constantly wrong with our order. Either coffee is cold, coffee wasn't brewed fully before making our cup, they forgot to put sugar in it, some employees are friendly about these issues and some are just plain unaware that these things are problems. Often times we feel as though we have wasted our money coming to this location.
They have to be the most rude Dunkin Donuts employee's I have ever meet. They all sound like they hate their jobs and want to bring you down with them.... Keep driving to Kent Island Dunkin! It is much better
Thought it would be better with the new store, it's worse now. Rude employees and order is constantly wrong. Donuts are stale and placed in bag with chocolate melting. Will not go back to this one until management or ownership changes.
It is a nice addition to Centerville. I like coming here either going or coming back from outlets and Annapolis. The employees were polite. My table was not too clean but overall it's a nice new store. The parking lot is spacious and away from the Food Lion lot.
This is a new location and it is five star. Bigger parking lot, more seats inside and a much roomier drive thru feature. Nice location.
