I have been going to Town & Country for about 20 years now. They have cared for 2 of dobermans over their lifetimes. I could not be more satisfied with this practice. Knowledgeable, compassionate, and accommodating. Super friendly staff!
A very good place to take your dogs
Veterinarians who actually care about the animals not just trying to milk you for every penny. I have been taking my beloved four legged family members to them for 20 year and wouldn't think about going anywhere else. Compassionate and excellent doctors and staff!
Called them 45 min before closing and asked if I could bring my dog in immediately as he was dying and in a lot of pain. She put me on hold to talk to the dr and then came back on the line. I was instructed to take him to Annapolis (30-45min away) to the emergency vet. I tried explaining that I didn't think he could make it there, he was progressing so quickly. I was pleading with them to help me end his suffering. The front desk put me on hold again and came back and said, "sorry the dr just left for the day".
I am floored and disgusted by the lack of empathy they showed for me and for an animal in pain!
