After 8 months of their service I have yet to have a positive experience with anybody in this company besides one service tech. They were rude to us when we signed up, we are a part of their "Auto Refill Program" but without fail have run completely out of gas every time. Which then requires the extra step of relighting our pilot lights. The less gas you buy, the more they will charge you for it. Our gauges have been broken and have not been replaced. We are looking into other gas companies.
