Love the pay-as-you-go pricing and membership options of Ensor 6 Fit, and approach to health and fitness overall. Very welcoming, fun, and down-to-earth environment, but also extremely focused on results. Lots of fitness classes and excellent personal training. I think they are best known for their outstanding Zumba classes, but there really is a lot more. Fit Fusion and core strengthening are big winners too. Haven't yet tried Body Pump, but I hear lots of good things about it. Don't be fooled by the lack of huge weight systems - make no mistake, the TRX and the leveraged approach to weight training will kick your butt. Also nice that it's located in the Acme shopping center in Centreville, so I can pick up some groceries, etc. Oh, and I like being able to bring the kids and let them play while mommy works out :)
