I ordered flowers for my Sister-in-Law and upgraded it to the "premium" selection. The flowers she received were mostly fern and green filler, not the gorgeous bouquet on their website. I called to find out why and express my concern for being ripped off and the girl I spoke with said she did the arrangement and that she used the correct number of flowers and in fact substituted with larger flowers. She said the arrangement in the picture is shown as all in front and she did it all around because that is what I would want. I never spoke to a person when I ordered the flowers, it was done on their website. She said she would have the manager call me when she returns from vacation on Monday. Today is Wednesday. The girl spoke to me with a terrible attitude and was mean. I will never use this florist again. If I could give them a negative star rating I would have. I only wish I could post pictures of what they have on their website and what was received.
